Our exclusive Rhythmic Gymnastics recreational program includes semi-annual performances, self-esteem and public performance building skills that will last a lifetime. Rhythmic gymnastic classes can also teach young girls about dedication, physical strength and agility, mental prowess, and artistic, creative movement.
Rhythmic gymnastic classes involve teaching our young female students how to gracefully combine aspects of traditional gymnastics with dance, modern movement and music, and the effortless maneuvering of props like clubs, hoops, ribbons, balls, and rope. Our coaches are dedicated to teaching your child the philosophy behind rhythmic gymnastics and ensuring that they learn important personality traits along the way.
Highly qualified instructors with Master’s Degrees and Physical degrees teach all of our rhythmic gymnastics classes from Europe. You can be sure that your child is in good hands because our coaches are professional and friendly. Rhythmic gymnastics originated from the combination of gymnastics exercise and dance, and finally became an Olympic sport in the early 1980s. Rhythmic gymnastics teams from around the world were finally able to compete at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California.
